what are the settlement of calls in arrears on Debentures.

Generally on debentures no calls are called it is 100% payable in one stroke. Even if you have done the issue on calls then there should be one clause in the issue documents that in case of failure to pay the calls the debentures shall be liable to be forfeited. If this clause is there then issue a notice to the defaulters and charge interest on the amount of calls pending and also write that if within such ans such date if no payment is made then the debentures shall be forfeited.
