What will be the cost of acquisition and date of acquisition in the case of convertible debentures
whether indexation will be apply.

The cost of acquisition for converted shares is based on the original purchase price of the debentures. The date of acquisition for determining holding periods starts from when the debentures were purchased. Indexation doesn't apply when it gets converted.
