12 October 2011 hI i will be appearing for june 2012 executive exam of cs. I am qualified CA nas hence I have computer training certificate. can i get exemption from cs comp training? what is the last date for appearing for that exemption test?

i have not received my id card yet . I have registered in Aug 11.
Please help.

13 October 2011 My case is similar like yours. You can avail exemption from IT training under CS executive by submitting ICAI IT training completion letter issued by ICAI.

However you will have to appear for one online exam which is completely of objective type and you are given 2 attempts to clear this exam. For this you are required to make a payment of Rs 497/- by DD drawn in favour of Aptech Ltd drawn at Mumbai branch. However , do once again confirm payment details either at Aptech centre or at ICSI local chapter.
