how is the registration done???? i have submitted the cpt registration form , what else will the board send to me apart from the journal. do they provide with any regis. no??? plssss i need details on this

Apart from Journal you will shortly receive a registration letter with number and acknowledgement receipt of the fees paid,

i have received the books on 5-o3-11. when will i receive the letter???? and how do i inform them that i will b answering the cpt exam in december??????
