Dear friends
please any experts tell me the cpt exemption rule is approved or not some people are commented it is yet approve but please see the below link in this link institute president says it has approved. i am totally confused please tell me which is correct and also i am already going to IPCC coaching also any one have any idea about this i am totally confused please help me

it has been approved by the institute, but to be approved by the central government.
