Q1) What is the difference between CPA & CICA??
Q2) Is it that we have to compulsorily give exams of these courses in centers outside India or do we get a choice to appear in exams through centers in India..??

both are very different courses. CPA is a american CA just like our indian CA. and CICA is related particularly to the information technology and system audit.
you can give exam of the CICA in the india, but there is no center for the CPA in the india.
