Respected sir,
One of the our client is purchsed a plot on 12.10.2010 with the cost of Rs. 125000.00 , Registration fee Rs 1750.00 & other fees 175.00 , This is the cost which is include in the cost of Purchased.
Sir, We would like to ask ?
1. The client has made Agreeement of Purchase on the Stamp Paper of Rs.5000.00 , we ask that cost of Stam paper is added on the Cost of purchase OR Not ?
2. Give brief explanation regarding which type cost are included in the cost of purchase as per Capital Gain Valuation method of income tax ?

Cost of purchase includes purchase cost, stamp paper expenses, registration expenses and commission paid for purchase.

COST OF PURCHASE INCLUDE THE COST THAT YOU HAVE INCURRED TO ACQUIRE THE ASSETS. e.g. PURCHASE VALUE , COMMISSION, ANY UP GRADATION, ETC
