I have converted my firm into LLP whether new PAN application required.......?? as my constitution is same as FIRM so do i need to apply for fresh PAN of just apply for change in name.........?? Please Help

Applicatio n for change in name would suffice in my view as the status as per income tax remains the same i. e. of a firm.
