DEAR COLLEGUES
A PVT LTD ,INCORPORATED 2 YEARS BACK,HAVING DONE NO BUSIENSS ACTIVITY,HAS
RECENTLY SIGNED FEW REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS.
I HV ADVISED HIM TO CONVERT INTO LLP FROM TAXATION ANGLE,SINCE THERE WILL
NOT BE DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION TAX.
1)CAN IT BE CONERTED INTO PVT LTD?
2)IS MY ADVICE CORRECT CORRECT TO SAVE DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION TAX?
