Conversion from PCC to IPCC

13 June 2010 My friend is trying to take conversion from PCC to IPCC. He has completed 21 Months of Articleship period now the question is....at this point of time if he registers now to IPCC, whether 21 Months is getting counted or not???? Please answer this query it'll be helpful for him..:)
