20 January 2015 What shall be the date of conversion from proprietor firm to pvt ltd. it shall be the date of formation of the company or from date I like ie., 1st April, 2015.

Reason for choosing is 1st April, 2015 is
time to take the VAT, Excise, PAN registration.
