DEar sir,
FY 18-19, I filed nil return for consecutive three qtrly return., now if i put all sales in last qtr with interest. Is really any problem if I do it ??

As long as you are paying interest@18% there is no problem.
Further, please note that interest shall be paid on gross liability and not on net liability as per recently held in Megha Engineering.
