THERE IS A COMPANY HAVING SHARE CAPITAL 20LAKHS AND A TURNOVER OF 16CRORE. IS THERE ANY SPECIAL COMPLIANCE WHICH SHOULD BE DONE WHILE DOING ANNUAL E-FILING OF THE YEAR 12-13.
