Company secretary training grievances?

02 October 2013 i want to know the procedure of the training with Practicing Company Secretaries and if i am eligible for undergoing the training with Practicing Company Secretaries as i am in Executive level and this is my first level in CS and i am not yet pass the level
I want to know that i can apply to the training with Practicing Company Secretaries or i have to wait to clear my executive level

please help me with this problem

24 October 2013 you have to pass executive exams first.
After passing your exam,you can either apply to a practicising Cs through icsi's site or to any company through job sites
