03 April 2015 Dear Friends, I have uploaded form INC7, INC22 & DIR12 for incorporation of a Pvt Ltd Company. It is send for resubmission.

Remarks

MOA_Clauses to be numbered as 1st 2nd3rd Subscription clause to be numbered as 6th, MOA_a_sub cl. 2,43, 47 to 72 delete, remove from main object _crushers of beverages and, photo of subscribers needs to be affix, PAN card of all needs to file, (see Schedule I, Table F, rules Chapter II point number 13 _1 and 16 _a), ,This is last chance to comply the query if not srn may treated as NTBR. Form should be resubmitted by 15/04/2015 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956).

My querry is:

1.Can i make other changes to MOA apart from changes mentioned above??
2..Whether I would have to upload Form 1 for resubmission.
Really Urgent. Please help.

03 April 2015 Resolve all the queries mentioned by RoC Officers and there is no need to change any other things which is not mentioned in query.

while raising query, they specifically mentioned in the query that you have to resubmit the all (i.e. 1,18,32) forms or particularly form.
