Can u please specify the source of funds required for a bonus issue( in specific order) for issue of fully paid bonus shares.

Profits accumulated over the years is the main source of fund that can be used for issuing fully paid bonus shares. In addition subsidies received form the GOVT for that purpose can be used as such.
