Dear Sir,
This is regarding a suggestion that one of my relative is retired from coal india and he is qualified CMA with 30 years of govt experience.
Now he is free and want some guidance regarding practice.
I really appreciate if some one guide that what kind of opportunity are there for him. He is based in Varanasi.

He may have to associate with some practicing member of ICMAI so that he would be able to advice the clients based on his experience. However, firstly he has to equip himself with changes that keep taking place in the sphere of practice. It would be tough if not impossible to do it independently as this juncture of his career.
