21 July 2011 can any one suggest steps to follow for removing the name of company from roc
Details of company:-
established in 2008
no work ever done in company name
even no bank a/c
now in MCA defaluter list
no return filed ever

pls tell steps
whether required to file returns before starting procedure of closing
