11 September 2012 Dear experts,
if any file is selected for scrutiny, should the client come to IT office compulsorily ? or even the auditor alone can represent on behalf of him?
what is the procedure to do so? one of my client is taken for scrutiny under CASS. ITO is insisting to appear with client. can he do so?
