clam of refund

11 June 2010 Dear sir,
i filled ITR-4 for the a.y. 2007-08 as on 15/01/2009 clam some amount of refund in self assessemnt.but i not clamed same refund from department.
now can i clam my refund today

15 June 2010 After processing of your return, refund will be sent to your address if it is showing in the nsdl. No need to claim refund now.

A salary employed person receive HRA as a part of salary and paid monthly rent. but he has a own house property in another city where his family leaves.
he had taken a house loan on above property.
can he clam exemption of HRA from salary income and deduction of interest paid on home loan also
