I want to know how to register the newly formed trust u/s 12 and avail benefits for donation payers to get exemption .
The trust is loacted at thane.

Submit an application to CIT in form 10A..On receiving the documents CIT may ask for further information if required. Such order should be passed within 6 months from end of the month in which application is received by CIT.
