Change of Audit firm from one to another in my articleship period

I have completed my articleship for 1 year & 2 months in a CA Firm. Now I want to change the firm for my office timings issues & non availability of time for studying & attending CA Final Classes. How to proceed for termination and what reason should I need to give for termination & relevant proofs to be submitted in form 109?
