my attempt of ca-final is in nov-11 & i want to start coaching of DT & IDT in November-10 for may-11 batch but most of my friends told me that there may be lots of changes may occur in taxation in nov-11 attemp like GST,Direct Tax Laws etc.
please suggest whether to go for may-11 batch or nov-11 batch,i want to complete the taxation course as early as possible

Both are proposed and just a bill and not an act as yet. The actual applicability would be suject to final approval by the Parliament and they becoming an Act.
DTC not applicable before May 2012.
GST may be applicable in November 2011 but surely not in May 2011.
