I want to know that Is the Changed Certificate of Incorporation is sufficient proof to change the name of the company??? and Is there any requirement to give any address proof of the company.

If address has not changed then no need to submit any proof.
If changed then attach form 18 along with it.
If changed then attach form 18 along with it.
