What would be the compliances and documentation for change in Main Objects Clause of an NBFC

Please take note that for change in Object Clause of NBFC Procedure is same as in Ordinary Company But RBI approval is required and ROC will not approve your form without RBI approval.Actually ROC has received a letter from RBI Which Presribes When ROC have to see Whether RBI approval is Received or Not,,,,
Further in that letter for change in Object Clause of NBFC ,he has to ask for RBI approval.
Make Papers and file in RBI in NBFC Department.
