hi,
recently i have incorporate a new public limited company, where a company not issues Prospectus for public subscription. For obtaining certificat of commencement of business:
1.Is E-Form 62 is required to be file?
2.What is the amount of stamp duty to be paid on Form 20?

Form 62 is asking for shedule IV (statement in lieu of prospectud) while, Form 20 asking for shedule III (Statement in lieu of prospectus).

SLP in the form given under Sch III has to be filed with eform 62.
Form 20 is for declaration on NJ stamp that requirement of Sec 149(2) has duly been complied with.
In UP stamp duty for declaration is Rs. 20/-.
