I am a Service Provider under the catagory of "FRENCHISE" AND Liable for Service Tax.
i WOULD lIKE TO GET CENVAT CREDIT AGST DIFFERENT CATAGORY WHICH I HAVE PAID SERVICE TAX ON BEHALF OF :
1) GOODS TRANSPORT BY ROAD
2) GOODS TRANSPORT BY RAILWAY CARGO SERVICE
3) RENTING OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
Q: CAN I ELIGIBLE FOR CENVAT CREDIT FOR THE ABOVE 3 CATAGORIES
