Dear Sir
Please tell me what is the ceiling of Tax Audit per CA.Actually the Limit is 45 but I have a doubt whether this is fixed one for all types of cases or the cases having turn over below 1 Cr. and 25 Lacs will be excluded .

Yes, the cases which are not exceeded the tax audit limit turnover excluded for the computation of no.of tax audits. That means tax audit as per the voluntary requirement of the assessee doesn't include for the purpose of limit of tax audits.
