Dear Respected Members
Please tell is salary above 10000 can paid in cash or not in fy 2017-18 or not
And if not then please also tell if a employee salary is 15000 can we give him 5000 as cheque and rest 10000 in cash or it should fully in cheque

It can not be paid more than 10000 in cash. You can pay in full cheque or partly in cheque (Cash should not exceed 10000)

Sir if a person is getting salary of 15000 per month can we give him 10000 in cash and rest 5000 by cheque if we do so is it claimable under expenses
