CAN YOU PLEASE GUIDE COMAPNY WHICH IS ENJOYING EXEMPTION OF INCOME TAX TILL 2013 (UTTRANCHAL) can carrry forward loss or required to file NIL return of Income

22 September 2010 I think the company is claiming exemption u/s 80IA or 80IB or 80IC.

For claiming such exemption the company has to file income tax return before the due date to calim exemption.
