03 October 2013 I done my M.com from Pune University, I have total 10 years of experience with reputed companies. Now I am working with one US base software company as an Accounts officer. I can do up to finalization & very good knowledge of Tally, Payroll, Taxation, ROC, balance sheet finalization & MIS reporting. Just because of I don’t have MBA, CA or CS. I am not getting good salary. Many people I have seen that they get 30 to 100% more than me even they don’t have that much of experience or knowledge what I have.
So please advise me for my future career.

04 October 2013 if you are not getting sufficient opportunities in that company then apply somewhere else and if you are not getting opportunities in whole pune then relocate to banglore,noida,gurgaon.
Try to add some additional technical skills in resume like some advance certifications ( not certifcate courses) of Microsoft,SAP,Tally.
If you want to do CA then you will have to leave your job.
For CS you may get exemption from training also paperwise exemption in some subjects based on M.com degree.
For CWA your work experience will be counted simultaneously
