30 August 2012 Sir/ Madam,

I would like to develop my career in finance & accounts, i have completed my MCOM in May 2005 and i have experience of 7years in finance and accounts, currently working as assistant manager for IT Consulting & Engineering company bangalore.
Please suggest me to improve more knowledge and skills.
i have some financial problems to study of CA or ICWA please suggest me any other courses will give boost to my career and reach high level position

30 August 2012 M.Com with 7 years of experience is enough!
You could undergo a practical training in topics like project reports, liaisoning, budgeting, MIS, TDS or payables, service tax & so on.
Am not sure whether you have hands on experience on the above.

31 August 2012 Kishore thanks for your reply, i do have experience on above mentioned topics like, TDS, MIS, BUDGETING, SERVICE TAX & VAT, Finalisation of accounts because in present company i am the person individually taking care of finance and accounts, statutory compliances, apart from this any certification is needed? for achieve peak positions in short period?

I am planning to do Taxation 2months course through KPMG(NIIT Imperia, the cost of the course will be Rs.35000/- can you please suggest me is it worth doing this course, what type of opportunities i can get in the taxation or finance, since i do have 8.3years of experience as of now in finance & accounts, taxation.
