29 August 2017 Since 7 years i am working in an org in which owner is not aware about any technicality and the problem is he is involved in each and every aspect of our work. Every work is required to be done as per his perspective.
He has blind faith on old people inspite of heavy penalty is being paid each & every year.
I didn't get much exposure in this org don't know what to do...
Even criteria of increment is my salary is increased equivalent to a field boy who distributes diwali gifts to customers.

06 September 2017 I think you already know what you need to do.
Do where you can get handsome salary with good exposure.
why wasting your knowledge in some place where it 's not even considered.

06 September 2017 yes but i tried in the beginning but now a days good job is only for those who has good jack......now i have a fear what will happen if i don't get job and even loose this job atleast i m getting monthly salary of 35000

06 September 2017 Try giving interviews. And when you find a suitable job, then only leave this one.
Unless you try, u cannot move forward,
Put your cv online. And also make your friends refer you.
Reference is a big part but its not that u cannot find a good job without it. Atleast u can try.

06 September 2017 I keep myself updated like now a days GST is very important. But unless until something is practically done knowledge is incomplete. So how much i should expect as CTC....i have cleared in Nov 09

06 September 2017 It's not that you should have practical exposure in every area. U should focus on area where u have strong knowledge and practical exposure and make your cv accordingly highlighting your strongest areas.
put your cv on naukri.com and how it goes.
that's the only site i would recommend because if u present yourself in good way there, u will get calls from good companies.
CTC is something that can be bargained according to you interview and your skills.
Just focus on getting a good job where you feel satisfied. Money will come with that.
