Iam appeared for ICWA final examination, in future if i go for practice in income tax and costing field, what help or knowledge i get if i join CFA course, whether it helps me in practice or not.

Surely not. CFA (International) is primarily for those people who want to make their career in Investment Banking (IB). Most of the times for a career in IB, a person needs to take experience by working with an Investment Banking Co. As in your case, if you wish to go for Practice, it wont help.
