Can any one tell , is income arrising from sale of carbon credits treated as Business Income or Capital Gain. Can you please expalin the same with reference to any case law (if any) Rohan

Carbon Credit is not capital assets therefore on sale of carbon credit it is not trated as carbon credit. therefore it is treated as business income.
