In tally for depreciation following entry to be passed :
Depreciation A/c.......Dr
To Fixed Asset
Capitalisation means you are using the asset for longer period to earn income out of it.
Depreciation A/c.......Dr
To Fixed Asset
Capitalisation means you are using the asset for longer period to earn income out of it.
