is intra day trading will come under tax Audit laws??

Profit + loss in intra day if crosses Rs. 60 lakhs from current year then assessee liable for audit u/s 44AB.

adita thanks but if we doin trading by both like intra and by taking delivery then wat will be ur answers and is this written in section 44AB??

intra day turnover profit + loss. Delivery trading sales is turnover.
