Is it possible for the pvt. co. to distribute capital gains from the sale of land as dividend among shareholders?
If yes please provide with the conditions and also sections and provisions of Income Tax act and Companies act which supports your opinion.

It would be normal profit on which tax is being paid and hence can be distributed as dividend subject to payment of DDT.
