For Calculation of CAPM, practically what is the Risk free rate and Market Rate

The risk-free rate in India would be the average rate on Government 10 Year Bond which is 7.806% as of 6th Aug 2015. And for Market rate you can take average of Sensex/nifty return For the last for the last few years considering the purpose of your calculation.
