I want to know the procedure for cancellation of a Digital Signature Certificate.
Is it an online process.?
Also please let me know the proceduer of renewal.

contact your Agent who issued you the certificate

We have done that and we are not able to track the earlier vendor.
We have also contacted the RA. Even they dont have any solution for this problem.

Solution is nt that much difficult. Any agent who are dealing with this can renew the DSC.
Otherwise just discard the old one and take a fresh one. Its a matter of Max Rs. 2500
