Can we file revised form dir-12

In case of one company, all 5 directors have filed DIR-11 with correct resignation letter with ROC. But the company has filed form DIR-12 with wrong resignation date by mistake in case of 2 directors.
Can we file revised Form DIR-12 along with clarification letter?
Please guide us how to proceed in this regard.

DIR-12 cannot be filed again. This mistake can be rectified only by ROC. You have to visit ROC to cancel that DIR-12, and then only you can file DIR-12 with correct resignation letter. you cannot file DIR-12 on your own.
