Can sick leav is form part of leave??

21 January 2013 Sir,

I am doing articleship & recently i met with accident and doctor suggested me to take rest for 1 month.one of my friend told sick leave is not form part of Leave taken if doctor sick certificate is furnished.

IS IT TRUE??

21 January 2013 Ur sick leave would be considered as leave. If he is stating that the same is allowable then ask him the source.
