Can it return be revised after assessment is done.

07 September 2011 My Sister in law has filed her return for the AY2011-2012 within due date and the income tax site displays that her assessment has been done as on 01.09.2011 without any demand or refund.
After that was done i found that a bank has deducted TDS on her FD and for the AY2011-2012 and the date of booking of that TDS is 22.08.2011 (much after the due date of filing of return).
* How can i claim back my refund.
* Can i file the revised return after the assessment is completed.
* Can i charge the bank for not deducting the TDS on time and also not informing me (as it was by chance that i got the oppurtunity to view Form 26AS)

07 September 2011 I think intimation has been issued and not assessment has been completed and hence you can revise you ITR.
