DEAR SIR, CAN I FILE ITR RETURN FOR THE FINACIAL YEAR 11-12 & F.Y-12-13?
IF YES WHAT WOULD BE PENALITY & INTEREST, IF APPLICABLE.

ITR of FY 2011-12 cannot be filed now. ITR of FY 2012-13 can be filed upto 31.03.2015, but if taxable income > 2,00,000 for FY 2012-13; penalty of Rs. 5000/- is leviable. If tax is not paid, interest @ 1%pm is payable from 01.08.2013 till date of filing return.

But Sir, in F.Y 12-13 my income is below 2 lac.
Eventhan would I have to pay penalty ?
And my employer have deducted TDS on my Other Income (Incentive).
Now guide us Even I file the ITR with Penalty of Rs. 5000/-.

If income is below 2 lakh, no penalty is levied. File return easily. You will also get interest on refund (for the period excluding the default on your end).
