25 August 2010 Can a CA and CS firm work collectively in the scenario of latest form of LLP.

Or there is any other way in terms of both the Professional Bodies Acts or amendments, that both can practice collectively?

25 August 2010 They can form an LLP and work collectively but cannot perform and audit functions and other issue certificates like compliance certificates as the same has yet not been recognised by the institutes.

The proposal is coming to recognise and allow LLPs to audit but same is just proposals.
