Campus placement registration form issue

20 February 2013 I passed my CA Final exams in Nov 2012. Consequently I registered myself on cmii.icai.org and filled the registration form for placement PARTIALLY. I am trying to open and edit the same, but the SAVE and NEXT BUTTON does not appear, from whichever browser, I try to access it. Please kindly advice on the method to be adopted to register successfully for campus placement, as the deadline for the same, for my desired center, i.e. Mumbai is 21st Feb 2013
