Calculation of articleship leaves remaning

My no. of absent days are 406
and i have made following deduction from my leaves
213 days -1/6th of 3.5 yrs.
30 days(approx)- for IIT
75 Days (approx)- 5 attempts of PCC
So kindly inform me whether this working is correct.
My boss is not willing to give any compensation for late night extra working and Sunday too. so can i force my boss to compensate for that period.

1/6th eligibility is calculated after deducting leaves from total articleship period.
i.e 1/6X(Articleship Period - Leave Taken)
Exam and ITT are to be considered as period served.
If you have not got comp-off for extra hours working, it is better you persuade your employer. You may take up this matter with ICAI.
