Cable tv Operator's GST registration

If any cable tv operator will compulsory be required to take registration even if his turnover is less than 20 lakhs only bcz he is agent of MSO??
if he is required to take registration can he opt for composition scheme ( i mean is composition scheme is applicable for agents or not? )

Yes, registration required but can not choose composition scheme.
