25 December 2010 i am presently working in finance industry since last 3 years and wants to start of my practice after 5-6 months... i do not have much practical exp of audit and tax.
so what steps i should take to start my practice and success through it.
what is the prerequisite knowledge to start for? advance and basic

05 January 2011 You can go for project financing if you don't have indepth knowledge of audit and tax.

Initially you can go for Home Loan financing which is very easy to have new clients and get the loans sanctioned for them.

You can also have a franchise of some Loan companies who require such professionals to scrutinize their papers for loan proposals.

With loan papers; you will come across various audit reports and income-tax papers filed by the prospective borrower.

From these papers; you can have practical knowledge what types of reports are given and how returns are filed.
