CA PE-II & Accounting Technician Certificate

Dear All,
I have cleared CA PE-II at Nov.2005 attempt and also registered for Final Old course,but never appear in any exam, I have also got Accounting Technician Certificate for ICAI. somebody suggest me how can i get benefit with these two degrees and also want to know that the ICAI make any policy for ATC holders. Thanks

You can get a job with these 2 degrees. I donot know whether ICAI is making any policy for Ca inter with ATC.
